This book is awful. I’d give it zero stars if I could.Spelling errors and instructions to can tomatoes in a hot water bath instead of pressure canning. This is NOT SAFE!!BOTULISM!There is zero information on pressure canning despite the title of this book. Several recipes don’t involve canning at all — simply refrigerating. Zero meat recipes.Overall, this is a really bad book for beginners or anyone seeking good and SAFE recipes and methods.
Good recipes, all in all. Most of them requires pectin pouches, but there are some original recipes that doesn’t and I’ll try those firstI received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
